North Cowichan(Ladysmith to the North Cowichan pool and everything inbetween)

South Cowichan (Cowichan Bay, Cowichan Station, Mill Bay, Shawnigan and Malahat)

Central Cowichan (Duncan proper, Glenora, Maple Bay, and Genoa bay)

West Cowichan (West of Sahtlam to the West Coast)
